Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Lockedproblem Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use lockedproblem.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Aim

We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support access, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a logical page order
  • Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text readable with strong color contrast
  • Let visitors navigate with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple language
  • Label every form field clearly

Known Gaps

Some parts of the site may not yet meet these standards in full. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, can be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If a part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@lockedproblem.garden and we will do our part to assist.

Send Us Feedback

We welcome comments on the accessibility of this site. Email contact@lockedproblem.garden and tell us:

  • The page or feature that gave you trouble
  • What happened and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know

We review each message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Continuing Work

Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we keep it in mind and keep improving.
